We take time to understand your needs, take careful measurements, and help you consider your options.

    Your appointment takes place one-on-one in a private fitting room, with the door closed and time to try things properly.

    We work from your measurements rather than a clothing size, and adjust as we go until you are comfortable with how it sits.

    We explain how the options differ so you can weigh them up yourself, without being rushed towards one of them.

  • Ask questions throughout

    There is time to ask whatever you need to ask — before the fitting, during it, and after you have gone away to think.
